Partner migration is migration to Australia as the spouse (married or de facto) or prospective spouse (fiancé) of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen. The sponsor does not need to be living in Australia at the time of application.

Islamabad average processing time for subclass 300 & 309: 12 months

You should not book flights or make travel commitments until you have a visa to travel to Australia. The department will not be liable for any financial loss incurred by clients whose visa application was finalised later than expected or where an application is unsuccessful.
